27 January 2009 - Brussels An extra 25 million euro allocated to LIFE+ for the 2009 call for proposals The Council and the European Parliament have agreed to increase of about 10% the budget for LIFE+ action grants, allocating an extra 25 million euro for the 2009 call for proposals. The budget made available by the European Union for the environment, comes therefore to 250 million euro. As the budget has increased, also the indicative national allocations have been amended in accordance with Article 6(2) of the LIFE+ Regulation. Read the complete news
