The LifeWatch Service Centre was officially inaugurated last June 22, in Lecce, with the participation of representatives from public administrations, Italian and EU universities and research institutions involved in one of the most important scientific European initiatives.
The Service Centre will coordinate the provision of support services to the European biodiversity research community, to public administrations, industries and interested citizens, to support a greater effort in protecting nature and in valuing ecosystem services.
