The visits of the project partners to the farmers of the Umbrian Apennine territory continue.
In recent days the partners went to the Stefano De Carolis company in Cascia to evaluate the fattening status (BCS) of the cattle at the end of the grazing season: in some cases the effects on the animals caused by the particular drought we have had in the summer and autumn period of 2023.
The partners then went to the Rossi Rita farm in Colforcella to take samples of sheep’s milk for quality analyses.
