Yesterday, March 30, a meeting for citizens entitled “The Return of the Wolf in Rural Contexts: Critical Issues and New Challenges” was held at the Teatro San Lorenzo in Ficulle, promoted by the Proloco (Local Tourist Board) and under the patronage of the Municipality of Ficulle.
LIFE IMAGINE, represented by Dr. Elena Bassi, also participated in the event. She presented the objectives, methods, and results of its large carnivore monitoring program since 2022.
The event was well attended; the small theater, which can accommodate about a hundred people, was packed, demonstrating once again that the “wolf issue” is still deeply felt and that citizens want to know and be informed.
