An important step in the LIFE IMAGINE project’s avifauna conservation effort involves identifying regional areas of high importance for Montagu’s harrier and promoting best practices to preserve this species’ nesting sites.
Today, Friday, October 25, 2024, a seminar on Montagu’s harrier and other birds of prey in the Colfiorito area was held in the COLFIORITO PARK classroom, under the patronage of the Municipality of Foligno.
The speakers, Professor Marco Apollonio and Dr. Roberta Chirichella of the University of Sassari, and Dr. Mauro Magrini of the OIKOS Nature Study Center, presented the activities carried out by the LIFE project.
