The Adriatic poodle (Himantoglossum adriaticum H. Baumann) is a protected orchid of European importance that is easily recognizable, which is precisely why everyone can help us find it!!!
With spring, the first blooms return, and we ask you to send us reports of where this species is found.
Here’s what we need: photos and coordinates of the location, and if possible, also count the number of flowering stems!
Send your report to daniela.gigante@unipg.it and you’ll receive a small “biodiversity guardian” certificate!
