After the first meeting in April, a second territorial meeting will be held on Friday 25 October at 10 am on the requirements of the identification and registration system of the National Database of the livestock registry.

The initiative, organized by ARSIAL as part of LIFE Grace, will take place at the Selva del Lamone Nature Reserve in the Municipality of Farnese (VT) and will be managed by the ASL Veterinary Service. The characteristics of the new system will be explained and its importance not only for improving transparency and accuracy in data management but also for accessing support policies.

Following the first intervention, a second one will be held on the Classyfarm system, managed by Dr. Riccardo Primi of the Department of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences of the University of Tuscia. We will discuss the critical issues related to the application of Classyfarm to extensive livestock farming, especially with regard to animal welfare and biosecurity.

All breeders are encouraged to participate, especially those who practice transhumance.
