The Large Carnivore Report in Lombardy for the year 2023 is now available.
Now in its 4th edition, it illustrates information on the presence of large carnivores in Lombardy (brown bear, wolf, lynx and golden jackal) and on the activities carried out during the year relating to the monitoring of the species, the initiatives carried out to support breeders and beekeepers to prevent and compensate for damage, the management of emergency situations, anti-poaching, training and information for citizens.
