On Friday 1st December, between 3.00 p.m to 6.00 p.m, the last seminar of the year entitled “Gli habitat di prateria: matrici della biodiversità naturalistica e della biodiversità di interesse agrario del Lazio” will be held in Monte Romano at Municipal Theatre “La Rotonda”.

The meeting is organised by the LIFE Grace project, led by ARSIAL, in collaboration with Agronomist and Forest Orders of the province of Viterbo, and will be dedicated, as in the previous seminar, to the valorisation of extensive farming of native breeds in Natura 2000 areas of Lazio with a focus on cooperation models to combine the conservation of grazing habitats and their resources with economic-productive activities through shared and innovative management.

Institutional greetings will kick off the seminar with Maurizio Testa – Mayor of Monte Romano and Dr. Roberto Petretti – President of Agronomist and Forest Orders of the province of Viterbo.

As with the previous seminar, speeches by project partners ARSIAL (Claudio Di Giovannantonio and Alessandra Macciocchi) and DEB (Luca Malatesta and Fabio Attorre), Marco Marchetti of UniMol and President of the Internal Areas and Apennines Research Center will be included. Furthermore, the meeting will be attended by Bruno Ronchi and Riccardo Primi from the Department of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences – DAFNE and Gianluigi Fiore from the Lazio Region, Regional Agriculture Directorate.
