The Large Carnivores in Lombardy Report for 2024, developed as part of the LIFE NatConnect2030 project, is now available.
Now in its 5th edition, it provides information on the presence of large carnivores (brown bear, wolf, lynx, and golden jackal) in Lombardy and on the activities carried out during the year regarding species monitoring, initiatives implemented to support farmers and beekeepers to prevent and compensate for damage, emergency management, anti-poaching measures, and training and information for citizens.
