Today’s testimonial is Mara Labella, President of Federcarni Lazio Sud who operates in the Latina and Frosinone area who will talk to us about “Union and training”.
The role of the union is to provide training and assistance to members as well as training students for HACCP and traceability within stores. Mara has been working in the sector for years and underlines the importance of consuming meat from local farms and pastures to educate people to recognize the quality of the product and to enhance the richness of the territory.
